General Warranty Terms
Under consumer protection laws, a warranty is defined as any statement providing a promise regarding a product that is legally binding under the conditions stated in the statement or advertisement. Every purchased product comes with a warranty. The length and terms of the warranty depend solely on the authorized importer (service center). The warranty is valid from the date of signature and stamp on the warranty certificate, invoice, or delivery note. We recommend that consumers familiarize themselves with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions and the procedures for servicing with authorized service centers.
The warranty certificate may be in written or electronic form and includes all information from the warranty. The warranty covers only the product’s correctness, not its functionality or compatibility with other products, as it is assumed that the consumer is aware of the product’s technical specifications. The warranty ensures that the chosen products will meet the consumer’s requirements within the declared technical capabilities specified by the manufacturer. Please note that any improper and unprofessional handling, inadequate maintenance, use of inappropriate consumables, or interventions by unauthorized persons or services will void the warranty.
Additionally, we recommend that consumers keep the original packaging of the purchased product and use it for any type of transport or in case of a potential claim.
The statutory warranty for all products in our offer is 2 (two) years unless otherwise specified (consumables or expendable goods have no warranty period or a warranty period shorter than 2 years, the same applies to used products). If the warranty on a product exceeds 2 (two) years, it will be explicitly stated on the warranty certificate for the given product.

Service and Claims
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for all products in our sales program. Service is performed at our service center in Belgrade, and for more complex technical repairs, at the manufacturer’s service centers.
The warranty period for each product is determined by the manufacturer. We are responsible for removing any defects and damages that occur under normal working conditions and when using the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions, provided the product has not been misused or serviced by unauthorized persons.
Warranty claims can be made by presenting the warranty certificate or invoice issued by an authorized dealer at the time of purchase.
Please send (by mail or in person) any products for service to our address in Belgrade with the following details:
- Owner’s and contact person’s information
- Details of the sent product (model, serial number, quantity, supplied accessories or additional equipment)
- Description of the defect or reason for sending the product for service
- For products under warranty, proof of purchase (copy of the invoice or warranty certificate)
For products within the warranty period, the cost of shipping and return of the device from the service (including authorized foreign services if necessary) is covered by Agrimark. For out-of-warranty service, the costs of sending the device to and from the service are borne by the owner.
After inspecting the product at our service center, we will either repair it or send it to the manufacturer’s service center. For out-of-warranty service, we will issue a repair cost estimate to the end user, which will be executed after the user confirms our offer and agrees to cover the repair costs.
