Data privacy
On behalf of Agrimark, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All Agrimark employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Protecting the privacy of website users’ personal data is of utmost importance to our company. All activities on the Internet that are related to the AGRIMARK company are in compliance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Personal data are those data that reveal your identity, e.g. Your first and last name, address, phone number or e-mail.
AGRIMARK does not collect personal data without your consent.
By accepting these Terms, you give your express consent and consent to AGRIMARK collecting and processing your personal data specified in the purchase agreement or/and your data submitted for marketing purposes. All your personal data that you provide to us will be protected and safe and we will not under any circumstances misuse it or sell it on the market, which ensures completely safe business and cooperation with AGRIMARK.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are aware of the right to withdraw this statement of consent at any time.
We will not send you e-mails that you have not voluntarily signed up for. We will make sure that you can always unsubscribe quickly and easily in case you no longer wish to receive e-mails from our website.
AGRIMARK takes all measures to ensure the maximum security of your personal data. Your data is carefully secured against loss, destruction, alteration, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or use.
AGRIMARK recommends all parents or guardians to teach children to handle personal data safely and responsibly on the Internet. Minors should not disclose their personal information to AGRIMARK without the prior permission of a parent or guardian. AGRIMARK will never intentionally take personal data from minors, nor use it in any other way.
Consent
AGRIMARK collects and processes personal data on one of the following legal bases:
- Consent of the person to whom the data refer;
- The processing is necessary for the execution of the contract concluded with the person to whom the data refer;
- Processing is necessary in order to comply with the operator’s legal obligations;
- Processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the person to whom the data refer;
- The processing is necessary for the purpose of performing tasks in the public interest or exercising the legally prescribed powers of the operator;
- The processing is necessary in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the operator or a third party.

Personal data we collect
The data we collect depends on: the type of contract we conclude with our customer, the customer’s intention to use our services, as well as the customer’s intention to exercise their rights based on legal and regulatory provisions on the protection of personal data. First of all, it is about the data without which we cannot perform the service, and includes at least:
- name and surname;
- delivery address;
- town;
- postal code;
- no. phone;
- e-mail address;
- name of the company where the customer is employed;
- no. identity cards;
- unique identity number of citizens;
- current account and bank name.
Collection and use of personal data
AGRIMARK collects and processes personal data for the purpose of concluding and realizing a purchase contract for products and services from its offer, and in order to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for the purpose of realizing its own legitimate interests within the framework of legal business.
The reasons why we process personal data for the purpose of concluding a sales contract and fulfilling contractual obligations are:
- sale of goods and services;
- delivery and installation of purchased goods;
- sales and marketing activities of AGRIMARK;
- managing and receiving objections, complaints and complaints;
- other legal obligations arising from the operations of AGRIMARK.
For all other activities, in connection with the collection and use of data, we will ask for your additional consent.

Personal data protection
AGRIMARK undertakes technical and organizational measures so that your personal data is processed only in a manner that is in accordance with the law and the purpose for which your data is collected and processed.
Access to your personal data will be provided to state bodies, public authorities and third parties, exclusively in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
Refunds
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Agrimark is obliged to make the refund exclusively
via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will upon request
the seller to refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.
VAT statement
The prices displayed on the website are without calculated VAT, VAT is calculated at the time of ordering.
Storage of personal data
The time period of data storage of your personal data depends on the purpose for which we process it.
- Data collected on the basis of a concluded contract for the sale of goods or services are stored for 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- Data collected for the purposes of customers joining the Loyalty program and exercising the right to sales incentives of the operator are kept for 3 years from the day of signing the application form;
- Data collected for the purpose of sending an informative NEWSLETTER, informative SMS, informative Viber message, surveying customer satisfaction with service and goods and acquiring the right to AGRIMARK sales incentives are stored for 3 years from the date of delivery of the information.
Newsletter and use of personal data for marketing
If you want to save your time and always be timely informed about news from our company and from our website, by leaving your email address you get the right to periodically inform you about new promotions, new products and other current events via e-mail.

Claims policy
General warranty conditions
According to the Law on Consumer Protection, any statement that makes a promise regarding a product and is legally binding, under the conditions specified in the statement, as well as when advertising that product, is considered a guarantee. With each purchased product, the consumer receives a warranty. The length and conditions of the guarantee depend exclusively on the authorized importer (service). The guarantee is valid from the date of certification by signature and seal of the guarantee sheet, invoice or delivery note. We recommend that the consumer familiarize himself with the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturer and with the terms and methods of servicing at authorized service centers.
The warranty card can be in written or electronic form and contains all the information from the warranty. The guarantee refers exclusively to the correctness of the product, but not to its functionality or compatibility with other products, because it is assumed that the consumer is familiar with the technical characteristics of the product, so the guarantee refers to the fact that the selected products will meet the consumer’s requirements within the declared technical capabilities prescribed by the manufacturer. We remind you that any improper and unprofessional handling, improper maintenance, use of inappropriate consumables and interventions by unauthorized persons or service providers mean the loss of the warranty.
Also, the consumer is recommended to save the original packaging of the purchased product and to use it during any type of transport and in case of any complaint.
The legal guarantee for all products in our offer is 2 (two) years, unless otherwise indicated (the category of consumables, i.e. consumables does not have a warranty period or has a warranty period that can be less than 2 (two) years, the same applies to used products). If the warranty on the product is longer than 2 (two) years, this is specifically indicated on the warranty sheet for the given product.

Service and complaints
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for all products from our sales program. We provide service in our service center in Belgrade, and in the case of more demanding technical repairs, in the manufacturer’s service centers.
The warranty period for each product is determined by the manufacturer. With the guarantee, we assume the responsibility that within the guarantee period we will remove all defects and damage to the product that occur under normal operating conditions and when using the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions, provided that the product has not been used in an inappropriate way or by unauthorized persons.
The right to a warranty can be exercised with the presentation of a warranty card or invoice issued by an authorized dealer when purchasing the product.
Please deliver all products for service (by mail or in person) to our address in Belgrade with the following information:
- Information about the product owner and contact person
- Information about the product sent (model, serial number, quantity, supplied accessories or accessories)
- Description of the defect or reason for sending the product for service
If the product is under warranty, proof of purchase (copy of invoice or warranty card)
For a product within the warranty period, the cost of sending and returning the device from the service (including authorized services abroad, if necessary) is borne by Agrimark. In the case of non-warranty service, the cost of sending the device to the service and back is borne by the owner.
After inspecting the product in our service, we will repair it or send it to the manufacturer’s service. In the case of non-warranty service, we will issue an offer with the repair costs to the end user of the device, which will be made after the product user confirms our offer, i.e. confirms that they will cover the repair costs.
