ONLINE PURCHASE

1) Payment via Bank Transfer

Goods are paid through a direct bank transfer to our account. Upon receiving your order, you will receive a proforma invoice with payment details via email. Payment can be made using a standard payment slip at any bank or post office in Serbia, or through E-banking if you have internet access to your current account.

2) Payment by Credit Card During Online Purchase

You can pay for your online order using DINA CARD, VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, and AMEX credit cards directly through our online store by selecting the “Pay by Card” option.

IN-STORE PAYMENT

1) Cash Payment

Full payment in cash is required. An advance payment of 50% is mandatory, with the remaining 50% due upon collection of the machine.

2) 12-Month Installments Without Interest

Plaćanje Banka Intesa platnom karticom do 12 rata bez kamate.

Note: Payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD) based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.

Conversion Statement

‘All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.

Data Protection

When entering credit card details, confidential information is transmitted over public networks in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, employing the latest cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd. The entire payment process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no point are credit card details accessible to our system.

Refunds

In case of a return of goods and refunds to customers who have previously paid with any of the credit cards, either partially or fully, regardless of the reason for the return, Agrimark is obliged to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account at the request of the seller.
